Deodorant
Please be advised that this product is made with natural oils and butters. Extra care will be needed to treat oil stains to the armpits of your clothing. To minimize the amount of oil absorbed by your clothing apply only a small amount of deodorant and wait approximately 5 minutes before dawning your clothing to give the oils time to absorb into your skin. You can also use a dry towel and lightly dap the under arm area to remove any additional oils that remain on the skins surface before dawning your clothes. One additional step you can do is spray your underarm garment with shout or wool lite after you remove your clothing for the day to pre treat the oil stain before washing your garment.
Due to the nature of the ingredients used to formulate many of the products sold by Herbal Quintessence, we us priority shipping for all sales to ensure the product arrives in it's intended state. Also, we ship out products Monday through Wednesday only to ensure packages and product do not sit in transit over the weekend.
Please keep in mind that many of the products sold by Herbal Quintessence is made with natural oils, butters, and waxes. Should you receive a package and the product has melted, store in a cool dry place or refrigerate so the product can solidify. Whipped body butters will not solidify once melted, however the product is still safe to use.
If you will not be home to receive your package please ensure someone will be able to retrieve your package to remove it from extreme heat where applicable.
Client's have 7 days to request a full refund if this product was misrepresented or did not meet their needs.
After 7 days a partial refund of 50% of the cost of the product (not to include shipping) will be honored if the client request a refund within 14 days of receipt of the product.
After 14 days, the client may exchange the product for something that is less than or equal to the 14 day refund amount.
