Due to the nature of the ingredients used to formulate many of the products sold by Herbal Quintessence, we us priority shipping for all sales to ensure the product arrives in it's intended state. Also, we ship out products Monday through Wednesday only to ensure packages and product do not sit in transit over the weekend.

Please keep in mind that many of the products sold by Herbal Quintessence is made with natural oils, butters, and waxes. Should you receive a package and the product has melted, store in a cool dry place or refrigerate so the product can solidify. Whipped body butters will not solidify once melted, however the product is still safe to use.

If you will not be home to receive your package please ensure someone will be able to retrieve your package to remove it from extreme heat where applicable.

Client's have 7 days to request a full refund if this product was misrepresented or did not meet their needs.

After 7 days a partial refund of 50% of the cost of the product (not to include shipping) will be honored if the client request a refund within 14 days of receipt of the product.

After 14 days, the client may exchange the product for something that is less than or equal to the 14 day refund amount.

This product comes in 2 ounces only and should last roughly 3-4 months depending on the amount used daily. If purchasing more than one at a time it is highly recommended that you refrigerate any that are not being used to extend the products shelf life. Other ingredients found in this product are: jojoba oil, rosehip oil, avocado oil, argan oil, a natural preservative, and an essential oil.
